The Brewer Company, a leading manufacturer of medical equipment for over fifty years, entrusted Design Concepts with the development of a power-assisted chair-to-table patient examination unit. Design Concepts provided concept development and engineering analysis for an examination table lift system that operates smoothly, quietly and easily.

The Brewer Access™ High-Low Exam Table lowers to a height of 18” to safely transfer patients, including individuals in wheelchairs, to the examination chair. The backrest of the unit lowers to a flat position to easily convert from a chair to an examination table. The exam table lifts to a maximum of 37” with a 450 pound weight capacity.The Brewer High-Low Exam Table provides an innovative and affordable solution making physical examinations safer and easier for patients.
