Bretford, manufacturers of award-winning office furniture, selected Design Concepts to create a power and data distribution system that seamlessly integrates within Bretford’s office furniture line – office furniture designed to break the rigid linear constraints of cube-farm mold.

Design Concepts developed the Liquid Power and Data System to compliment Bretford’s successful office furniture concepts. Development was driven by research conducted by the team. Armed with valuable user feedback designers and engineers developed a system that worked with the ergonomic, mobile desk of the Free product line. The modular, tool-less connections of Liquid can be reconfigured on the fly without downtime. Liquid's "lay in place" management of power and data cables puts an end to time-intensive electrician pull-through wire routing. The ease in moving the channels, supports, and desks promotes a high degree of user control, design freedom and teaming to appeal to interior designers and office workers.
