In response, Design Concepts designed and engineered the new Xvaria XA series pump housing. The new modular pump design features a sturdy appearance, low-profile and small overall-footprint emphasizing portability. The rugged aesthetic conveys the strength and durability of the pump and the overall brand. With the help of extensive user research, the Xvaria features a comfortable, easy to operate position of the foot-activated pump pedal. The pedal design provides a better foothold and reduces operator fatigue with a comfortable position exclusive the pump.

The strong housing contains added structural support to withstand extreme use in locations from coal mines to the gravel shoulder of a road. The products strength was confirmed through drop testing and other rigorous tests to verify durabiilty and structural integrity.

Enerpac introduced the Xvaria pump technology as setting a “new standard for the 50-year old technology that was associated with air-over-hydraulic foot pumps,” and the new rugged aesthetic conveys this dramatic change. The attention to ease-of-use places the pump ahead of the competition.
