Design Concepts' senior research specialist Julie Norvaisas shared her experience and research strategies with graduate students of the Institute of Design (ID) at Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT), September 12, 2006. Norvaisas provided valuable strategies for gathering relevant information and developing effective case studies. Throughout the lecture, she shared insights into creating research that directly informs design.
With more than 10 years experience in consumer research, Norvaisas has extensive experience gathering and analyzing data and developing the tools, methods and systems that support and leverage research.
