.> Design Concepts' staff threw their hat in the ring and entered the Design 21 Social Design Network's international Child's Play competition. The competition asked designers to create an environmentally responsible interative toy. The non-specific use of the toy was limited only by the child's imagination.

Design Concepts staff entered the competition with Big Box, a kit of connecting clips used to assemble recycled cardboard panels with endless possibilities for play. The clips make cardboard easy-to-connect and assemble into infinite shapes that fuel a child's imagination and play.

DESIGN 21 is a non-profit organization working in partnership with UNESCO. Their mission is to inspire social activism through design. The organization builds a community of people who want to explore ways in which design can positively impact our world and create change here and now.
